In Secondary 9/10, students are involved in the STEAM program each week. Students are presented a variety of programs to choose from which incorporate learning in Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts and Mathematics. Students are able to submit preferences for the programs they would like to be involved in each term enabling them to have choice around the areas of focus. In all programs students are developing their collaborative skills as they aim to work effectively in teams and develop strategies to manage challenging situations constructively. They have the opportunity to develop leadership skills, problem solve, predict and design possible solutions, experiment with different approaches, develop their creativity, and test and improve on possible design solutions.
